President at Uprooted Consulting
Growing up in Southern California, Patrick has moved numerous times throughout the country with his family in sight of a better future. Over the years, his family's entrepreneurial mindset has taken him from coast to coast. Eventually landing in Southern New Jersey, Patrick's family purchased one of the oldest Wineries in the United States. Watching a business grow over the years, Patrick knew he was destined to be a business owner in the footsteps of his father and his father's father. Patrick attended Monmouth University and after completing his Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing, he realized the working world of corporate America was not something he was ready to invest his life into. After graduation with his degree in December 2011, Patrick packed a bag and decided his life was better suited at the time somewhere else in the world. He set off for a 3-month trip to the Middle East with hopes of experiencing something so much more than your typical internship or desk job. Realizing that the world is a very large place, Patrick extended his travels to a 2-year trip around the world. After stepping foot on over 20 countries and crossing boarders of over 38 states, Patrick was ready to come back to the New Jersey area to begin his career. Throughout his travels he had met some many interesting people and volunteered at numerous orphanages around the world in countries such as Nepal, Indonesia, and Cambodia. He to this day feels like the luckiest man in America for being able to experience everything that trip had to offer.
After traveling for 2 years around the world, he cut off all his hair and threw on a suit to try his family's past time at being a business owner. Throughout our unique management training program, Patrick started at Entry Level at a small marketing firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After only 9 months, he was promoted to the Assistant Manager position of the Northern New Jersey's Sales and Marketing firm within the same organization. And after only 6 months, Patrick was then given the opportunity to open his very own Sales and Marketing firm here in the Cincinnati area.
Being one of the youngest in the organization across the country, Patrick has proven to the business world that not every success comes from the best business schools in America with a long line of internships. He currently owns and operates on the highest performing Sales and Marketing firms for one of the largest Fortune 500 Energy companies in the U.S. Moving to Cincinnati was the very last place our owner saw himself landing after a trip around the world, but now he has the opportunity to positively affect the individuals in this tri-state area in so many different ways.
Patricks Life Goals: Grow Uprooted Consulting to over 15 different offices by 2021. Trek the Annapurna Circuit, a 75 day Nepalese trek, around Mount Everest by 2025. Open a Non-Profit Orphanage in every continent by 2040. Finally turn Uprooted Consulting into a three tier consulting firm, still driving sales with our outsourced marketing firms along with building a real estate empire and travel agency for youths to travel abroad.

Meet our Brazilian diva, Laura Armando is our newest Assistant Manager! After just 10 months being with our office, Laura has hit one of our biggest promotions here in the Cincinnati location. Laura works hand in hand with the owner Patrick, and helps manage the entire office between here and our Cleveland location! She focuses on the personal development of every employee here and we can honest say, Laura has made the biggest impact on our business in the last year. She will be making another move in the upcoming months to help open and operate our newest location out west! She not only has earned her stripes but she has made it quite clear she will never stop until all of her own personal goals and professional goals have been met.

After graduating she found us here at Uprooted Consulting and realized that the competitive yet friendly work environment is exactly where she could see herself growing with her fiance Ben, and pet tortoise Shelbert! Being a stud, she is no stranger to hard work and determination, and we are so excited to see her continue to move forward in our business.
Laura's Life Long Goals: Own 2 Beach Front Properties by 2030 and open a non profit Rescue Sea turtle Organization.
HR Director at Uprooted Consulting, Cincinnati Ohio Location
Meet Jessica Kruger our Human Resources Director here at Uprooted Consulting. Jessica found us when we were just a small consulting firm here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Starting with just about 6 account managers, she has since helped us grow to three locations with over 100 account managers nationwide. After just one short year in her administrative roll, she helped with our company wide growth of over 280%, and won several awards along the way. Now Jessica manages a group of individuals here onsite in Cincinnati and is about to help the office open three more locations by the end of 2017. Jessica also was ranked number 5 out of 450 other recruiters in the country for 2016 but shhh, she hates the recognition, we can't help she's awesome at her job!
Jessica Kruger is native to southern California. After high school, she attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Marketing. After finishing school she moved north to the greater Cincinnati area looking for an opportunity. She stumbled across Uprooted Consulting and fell in love with the office. Outside of work, Jessica loves to travel, read, and watch football with her dog Cleo!
Jessica's Life Long Goal: To one day appear on Saturday Night Live.

Kolbee is the newest employee here at Uprooted Consulting. She is an Australian Shepherd and is just 6 weeks old. Despite being everyones favorite employee she is terrible at her job and sleeps all day. Kolbee has zero work ethic but we cannot fire her for obvious reasons!
